#HoppyHuntLV

On April 7, 2023 we hosted the first ever “Hoppy Hunt” in Downtown Las Vegas where 250+ eggs were hidden at participating locations, from Able Baker all the way down to The Pepper Club, and all throughout Main Street during our city’s Easter First Friday Celebration.

Eggs were stuffed with donations from our partners which ranged anywhere from a BOGO drink ticket (found in 21+ eggs only), partner gift cards, to swag items or prints donated by local arts to be picked up at our Exchange booth.

How did this work?! When finding an egg, there was candy and a slip of paper with a QR code inside which when scanned, pulled up walking Google Map directions to our booth. Upon arrival, guests were greeted by Social Exchange Group, Paddock members, and a surrounding Das Erbe Collective Car Show. We had quite the time & can’t wait to do it again next year.

TESTIMONIAL FROM HOPPY HUNT LV: "Leah and I are regular Main Street brewery patrons and we love the first Friday but usually are ones to avoid the crowds. HUDL is our favorite go to place so we arrive early to park nearby. Leah is a member of their founders coin club and I myself love that it’s a vet owned and operated business. We arrived early and got some food and a few great HUDL beers with all intentions of head out before the crowds got there. We sat and caught up with the staff as usual but we noticed that one of the bartenders was walking around placing these Easter eggs here and there.
We watched as a few patrons opened the eggs and pulled out a few pieces of paper and some candy. Leah saw a few that patrons kept missing so she went to check for myself. We used the QR code and read about the prizes and how these eggs where all over Main Street shops and breweries. An egg hunt for grown ups sounded like fun for us. There was one shiny egg sitting high above on a shelf that went untouched we had to use a chair to grab it. Golden egg for special prizes made this night even more of a challenge so we decided to hit every single participating business on the list, searching especially for the golden eggs. From Able Baker to Taverna Costera and all sorts of places in between we scanned for all the eggs that night and found nearly 30 total. Once we found all that we could, that’s when we met Taylor at the Social Exchange prize tent to claim all the cool stuff we had found.  All sorts of prizes, B12 shots, BBQ gift cards, free beer at HUDL (which we claimed immediately). It was the best and most unexpected time!"
