Espress Yo Self

Stirring Up a Hot, New Brunch Party in Downtown Las Vegas

Park on Fremont threw down the ultimate social holiday bash for National Espresso Martini Day, launching Espress Yo Self: Las Vegas’ very first coffee rave brunch party. If you missed it, no worries! This electrifying event returns on May 3rd, and trust us, you won’t want to sleep through it again.

Espress Yo Self turned Fremont’s favorite patio into a caffeine-fueled dance haven. The music was unstoppable and its infectious energy spilled from the patio and swept across the waves of pedestrians crossing Las Vegas Blvd. and Fremont Street. Park on Fremont went above and beyond bringing out Bella Bolle to serve up complimentary coffee on tap and iced Irish coffees, made with Roe & Co’s Irish whiskey, from a charming mobile bar setup. The party kicked off at 11 a.m. and raged on until 4 p.m. with electrifying vibes and enough coffee to keep just about anyone on the sunlit dancefloor from start to finish.

Headlined by Kraak & Smaak Soundsystem, who delivered their signature blend of disco, funk, electronic, indie, deep house, soul, and pop, the experience was a dream-come-true for underground music lovers who crave the thrill of a daytime party scene without the poolside. Picture espresso martinis served on adorable trees, Irish coffees, carajillos, and an irresistible brunch spread, all pulsing with the rhythm of music that makes it impossible to sit or stand still. Kraak & Smaak’s vibrant performance layered improvised soulful vocals over a live DJ set, infusing the crowd with warmth and uplifting energy and demonstrating why their debut album Boogie Angst turned heads in Europe and has since rocked major festivals like SXSW, Coachella, and Miami’s WMC.

This was one “unforgettable blend of coffee, cocktails, and contagious vibes” brought to you by @DTLV and Social Exchange. With the next edition just around the corner, make sure to set a few alarms the night before Saturday, May 3rd.
